Full rig access: squat racks, platforms, dumbbells to 150lb, assault bikes, rowers, ski ergs.

Open 5am-9pm weekdays, 7am-5pm weekends.

Members-only access. No day passes. This keeps it uncrowded and serious.

No. Every class is scalable. We've trained 71-year-olds and post-surgery rehab patients alongside competitive athletes. The coaches modify movements in real-time. Your only job is to show up.
Athletic clothes, flat-soled shoes (no running shoes for lifting), water bottle. We have chalk, bands, and all equipment. Leave the gloves at home.
Yes. Your first week is free — attend as many classes as you want. No credit card required. If you're not hooked by day 3, this probably isn't your place (but you will be).
Yes. Two full locker rooms with showers, day-use lockers, and basic toiletries. We don't have a sauna or smoothie bar. We have barbells.
30 days written notice. No fees, no hassle, no guilt trip. We don't lock people in — we make them want to stay.
Free lot with 40 spaces. Plus street parking on Lakeside Crossing Blvd. We've never had a member unable to find a spot.
